My dogs love it. Every time I go to drop them off my huge dog Jax jumps up and gives Tyler a big bear hug. When I pick them up, their healthy, happy and smell great. They get let out several times a day to play and get bed time snacks. There was a time the kennel was too booked to take Jax and Bowden so I ended up taking them somewhere else and had a terrible experience. I still regret it. I will never take my dogs any where else but this kennel. Good price, they take great care, and love my boys as much as I do. It used to be a bit stressful on us to leave him, however he gets so excited coming down the road when he knows where he’s going, he loves the other dogs, the rooms are so clean and spacious and the yard they run around in is secure and gated. We always know he’s in great care which relieves our stress while we are apart. They have spacious kennels that allow the cats room to run and play. The staff are friendly and always keep the kennels clean. Our kids miss Fred when we are away and get very excited when the staff send us pictures and videos! We would highly recommend boarding your cat with them. It is run by a tight knit group who are so friendly and accommodating. BBK is clean, safe and very well kept. We never have to worry about Jade when we drop her off because we know she is in good hands! It is a great place to take your dog for an overnight stay or just an afternoon to burn off some steam with the other dogs! We recommend BBK to all of our ‘pet parent’ friends!
